About Chrissie
Currently, in my role as a special needs teaching assistant, I am responsible for supporting the education of children with additional needs. The children I support face face many barriers to learning so to overcome this I use both visual resources and creativity within individual lesson plans that are tailored to their needs. In my previous role at the nursery, I would get the students to observe me and then I would observe them, giving feedback on their performance.
