About Sophie
I have worked in both the state education and private sector supporting pupils in both English Language/Literature and Sociology. I have a passion for learning and developing my own knowledge in and around the pedagogy surrounding education and how best to support pupils in my care regardless of their own individual barriers to accessing education. I pride myself on my adaptive learning styles to support different learners and ensure the best possible outcomes. Not only do I offer tutoring to Key Stage 4 and 5 but also to primary level and KS3 to work more generally on developing reading and writing skills for SATs and more generally to support those perhaps needing some extra TLC in building confidence in and around the subject. I offer tutoring in both English and Sociology so please feel free to enquire should you come across my profile and consider me a good fit for your child to support them through their academic journey.
