I believe that teaching is not only to teach what you know but it is a process where you connect with the mentees and progress with them and try to understand their mind about how they are understanding the concepts rather than just teaching. I believe that developing a new skill is what matters. so applying what you have learned so far is very important. My focus is on practical things rather than the theory part. In the end, you need to apply it in your career.
