About Noah
My degree is in Computer Science. I've spent the last 3 years tutoring people at my local University, and have recently decided to expand to tutoring online. I have taught complete beginners the basics of programming in Java, Python or C++, and I've helped advanced programmers learn new things - like a machine learning graduate who wants to make a website to deploy his cool neural network, or the embedded systems guy who wants to learn git. Lessons with me are hands-on. We will identify your goal (do you need to pass an exam, get a certification, have a school project you need to do?), and then we work towards that.
For example, if you want to learn to code in a specific language, we will spend most our time in the code editor. We'll cover theory as it becomes necessary.
Also don't hesitate to send me a message if you have something more advanced - I've been tutoring at my local University for the last 3 years, becoming sort of "the guy for everything". I've helped people with anything from using git to computer graphics programming in OpenGL, a machine learning project, and quite a few web development projects.
If your session is related to a project that you have or specific coursework, you'll need to send me the related documents 2 or 3 days in advance so I can read through them.
