I am a Bachelor's graduate from Michigan. I have 8 years of experience in childcare, where I have had the opportunity to help in education as well. I am passionate about being a supportive mentor to inspire my students to build their learning skills. I have experience in multiple leadership roles, which have taught me how to navigate and overcome many types of challenges, ultimately improving my abilities as a tutor. I use an individualized approach to my tutoring. I know that each child is unique, so I like to take some time before lessons to understand their own learning style. I believe in practice and progress, rather than simply being “right or wrong”. I excel in teaching subjects like science, English, and math to students ages 6-10, but I'm happy to help anyone of any age!
