About Tomoko
My name is Tomoko. Born in Tokyo, Japan. I started learning classical ballet at 8 years old. 2010: Participated in training at the Belarus Bolshoi Ballet School. 2011: Participated in the International Ballet Festival Dance Open. 2011: Short-term study abroad at Sydney Dance Company. 2013: Studied ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, and flamenco at the National Theater Ballet School in Melbourne. 2015-2019: After graduating from ballet school, taught ballet basics and choreography to children and adults in Japan. From 2019 to study abroad in Sydney to learn teaching dance and teaching yoga. 2021: Obtained Teaching Dance Cert IV. 2023: Acquired Teaching Yoga Cert IV.

Even beginners can benefit from improved posture, flexibility, and fitness through ballet lessons. The lesson content consists of three parts: floor stretching (yoga), bar lessons, and center lessons. Once you are familiar with this basic lesson, you will learn simple choreography. Let's aim for a healthy and beautiful body with me and elegant ballet music!
