I believe that a successful tutor/teacher is the one who leads students to figure out the best learning method that suit them. I also believe that a better tutor/ teacher is playing the role of a facilitator or a guide throughout the leaning process to achieve better results.
Adding to this ,my teaching method rely on leading the student to discovers the missing point(s) themselves and work upon that to advance what comes next. Old fashioned teaching methods proved to have no results comparing to learner centered and communicative based methods which are the approaches I work with.
