About Yazel
I have experience tutoring at my high school in the Bay Area, where I helped kids in AP Lang and AP Bio. Also tutored kids in AP Chem, as well as physics and precalc, geometry and Algebra 1/2. I currently tutor an 8th grader and who needs adjusted teaching methods to learn more effectively. I’m also able to provide materials that can help visualize the learning, so the topic can actually be understood instead of just memorizing.

Because I have experience tutoring different age groups and subjects, I can break things down and explain things in different ways to aid understanding. We can take a step back if a certain topic is too hard and relearn earlier topics to help with better understanding of the subject.
