About Fiona
Hi guys! My name is Fiona, and I am originally from Albania, moved to study in the UK for my passion in physics. While at university, I took part in and led many different projects and societies, such as our astronomy club, sustainability club, and innovative projects. Overall I am a multi-interested individual, who likes to see and teach subjects in an interdisciplinary fashion. One of the best ways I have been able to study is to apply my understanding to real-life examples and conceptualize what I am learning. I have also been the student course representative for two years, as I am passionate about not just the subject of physics, but the way that it is taught. I have enjoyed my engaging and exciting lectures, so I can assure you that I will aspire to do just the same as the professors I have learned from in our lessons!

The typical length of my lessons would be within 2 hours, depending on the goal of the tutoring (for example, perhaps we would have longer and more frequent sessions if this was closer to test or exam period for the student). Overall I will simplify your understanding of the topics you are struggling with, enabling you to feel confident in the most important parts of it and then tackling the more challenging details of the subject. I would provide a methodological way of understanding the subject, such as picking applied examples in order to understand theoretical concepts, and starting from the basics and upwards.
I am happy to teach anyone of any age and level, and have numerous outreach experience which I've greatly enjoyed.
