About Kaity
Hi! My name is Kaity and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence in their learning. I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in childhood education, early childhood education, and special education, and I have hands-on experience working with children in both classroom and daycare settings. My background as a student teacher, along with my involvement in education-focused clubs and organizations, has given me the skills to support students of all learning styles. I believe in creating a positive, patient, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes—because that’s how real learning happens! I am currently studying to become a teacher, and work in a daycare with various ages. I have always had a passion for teaching, and I think it is very important to teach foundational skills properly. I have observed, created, and taught lessons for subjects like science, math, English and social studies. I grew up participating in many different choirs, and took piano lessons for 6+ years so I also have a background in that!
