About Tanmay
I am Tanmay Pande and I am a grant winning former photojournalist. With a background in journalism, my photography seeks to document and to bear witness to the world around us. My former work areas include social, environmental, political issues, labour and economy to name a few.
Apart from this, I have my own commercial practice. I undertake fashion, product and food assignments and deliver out of the box images which are styled and composed to convey the character of the product and meet client expectations.

Photography is all about perspective. It is about what you see and how you see it. Therefore, the class will focus not only on the technical aspect of photography. Instead, it will focus of training the eye.
The class structure will follow technical tips and tricks of a camera. Along with this, it is aimed to develop a compositional sense in any given environment or situation. The class will also nurture and hone storytelling skills through photography and photo editing.
As a photographer first and a teacher second, I believe in keeping things simple. My ways of understanding and teaching employ relatable methodologies. The class would not be an overdose of jargons.
Photography has no age or limit of any kind. The class is intended for all age groups. The only required qualifications are curiosity and a hunger to photograph more each day.
