Our group is present in three states and we have a unique method for teaching Capoeira. Capoeira is a mixture of dance, fight and music. Assists in the cognitive, affective and motor in children. In adults it provides an enjoyable physical activity, which along with the musicality and the practice of self-defense, assist in adherence on the part of the practitioner.
