About Jeremy

I've been a guitarist and songwriter for 25 years. I play guitar, drums, and keyboards and I sing. Music is a passion and a lifelong vocation for me and it's a privilege to have the opportunity to pass on all the knowledge I've gained along the way :)

About the lesson

My guitar lessons focus on getting you to the point where you have a set of songs you can play for your family, friends, or an audience.

I'll ask you for the songs you'd most like to learn and then we can immediately start moving toward you learning and playing those songs on guitar.

I'll break down the chords, strumming patterns and song structure for you so you can start practicing immediately.

I can also teach songwriting! I've been writing songs as long as I've been playing guitar, so if you'd like to learn how to put your own chords, melody and lyrics together, I'd be happy to show you how. I even have a home studio - so we can record your songs! For examples of my songs you can look up "Jeremy Hunter" on Spotify or check out the Youtube link below.

Please note: my lessons would not be suitable for intermediate players who are interested in improving specific techniques. My lessons are best for casual or beginner players who want to learn songs and/or songwriting.

The first lesson is free for a no-pressure meetup where you can explain your goals and decide whether I'm the right fit :)
