I am a yoga teacher for 7 years and shiatsu therapist for since 1997. I offer therapeutic yoga classes tailored to your needs, your mobility, your availabilities. From chair classes if you can't get down to floor level to advanced classes or even group classes for any event. With one on one classes we can tailor a class specifically for your needs. My classes are focused on strength , flexibility and balance. In a 60 min class we do 45 minutes of asanas; 10 minutes of guided relaxion, breathing exercises and 1 minute of meditation.
I studied Integral yoga at the Satchidananda Yoga Academy in Virginia. 200 hours RYT. I am fully qualified and covered as both a Yoga instructor and shiatsu therapist. I presently teach 12 classes a week in the Niagara region.

I took yoga classes from Sophie when she was living in eastern Ontario. Not only was Sophie an excellent yoga teacher but she was my massage therapist. I totally recommend her! Miss her greatly!
