My initial training being Integral Yoga, I have rigorous and solid bases as to postures, alignments, anatomy ... which allows me to work in respect for the body and the individuality of each of my students . My secondary education (always and always in progress;)) allow me a great diversity and a great freedom in the courses that I dispense. I place a special emphasis on awareness and respect for being here and now. And most importantly, I love what I do!

Ah oui pour être une super prof, c'est vraiment une super prof !!!!! Pas besoin d'explication, vous le verrez de vous même. De plus formée en Inde, vous ne pourrez trouver mieux, vous verrez vous l'adorerez
