About Jemma
My name is Jemma and I’m a qualified Yoga and mindfulness coach with a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — both physically and mentally. With over 20 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, including running my own training academies, I’ve always been drawn to supporting others in their personal growth and self-care. Yoga became a powerful part of my own well-being journey, helping me find balance, reduce stress, and feel more present. That’s why I decided to retrain as a yoga teacher, earning my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga and additional qualifications in children’s and youth yoga. Offering inclusive sessions that focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and holistic health. I teach because I truly believe that yoga is for every body — not just the flexible or the fit. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, emotional calm, or a space to simply breathe and reconnect, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.

Jemma's session are amazing she is so considerate of everyone's needs and is extremely knowledgeable on yoga but also wellness in general. You can see she loves what she does and lives by example.
I did a Hatha yoga class with Jemma last month and it was amazing!! I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was my first class and Jemma very attentive, she gave me alternatives for things I couldn’t do yet I still felt like I pushed myself and gained a lot out of the class.
