'I am Chiranjibi Samal,
Incubation Manager,
Foundation for Technology & Business Incubation (FTBI),
National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, teaching is my passion.I am passing my M.Tech from NIT Rourkela. I have been teaching Physics and maths from the last 10 years.I completed my B.Tech form BPUT,M.Tech from NIT, MBA from SMU.

Every student is unique and so are their doubts. So in Ist few classes I focus on identifying the weak areas of the student. Then I work on the concept building and once the concepts are clear, I start with some confidence booster questions. This process gradually takes up pace to an advanced level where the student uses his/her analytical thinking to answer the advanced questions.'
