About Richard
I have been an instructor either as a Habitation trainer, Job Coach, autistic teacher, ED Teacher oran LD teacher since 1996. I have taught over 800 students in that time. Some of my students have gone on to be successful students in technical and community colleges, other have worked in sheltered workshops, others have been successful in supportive employment with jobs as a janitor, or a grocery stores.

I teach according to their IEP's, and lesson plans, and I have mentor many students in vocational areas, academic skills, and social skills.I would adapt my methodology to the benefits of my students. I have taught and modified my methods such as visual. and auditory concerning after observations which one would be the most beneficial to them and best prepare the students to achieving their potential.

There will not be an extra charge for special needs teacher. I expect at least a 24-hour notice for any cancel sessions and will still charge the usual fee unless the reason for cancel is an emergency such as death in the family, inclement weather, and hospitalization.
