About Brenda

I graduated from UCSD with a BS in Biochemistry/Chemistry, and I currently work as a research associate in the biotech industry. I enjoy tutoring because it's rewarding job! During my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, cooking, and hiking.

About the lesson

I will teach grade school math up to pre-calculus (no statistics). Lesson plans will be based on your homework. I prefer to guide you through a problem and ask you questions so you can form your own understanding of tackling a problem. I will teach you the conventional way to solve a problem and then the shortcuts so you can solve them faster!
