I usually first explain a subject briefly (What was the need, what it includes etc). Then explain individual chapters. I try to simplify the things to the simplest way possible. Usually with everyday examples. Then some question answers to make sure that everyone has understood it well and then clarify the doubts.

He is a hard worker. Comes from rural area. He completed his M Ed Despite many adverse conditions . He stood scholar through out his carrier. He has every experience of life and well know problems of students. He will definitely prove to he very good Professor.
