About Vinay Reddy
In terms of my beliefs, theories, and methods regarding teaching, I believe in an interactive and experiential approach that emphasizes active learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. I view successful teaching as not just imparting information, but also inspiring curiosity, fostering creativity, and instilling a lifelong love of learning in students. I conducts more experiential learning wherein for every concept that i teach i provide examples and also provide the assignment for that week based on the concepts to develop to new one, by implementing this, i have observed that students can learn while doing things, they might have doubts which made me feel that they are actually putting efforts to work on the assignment which inturn makes them understand the concepts in a very deep manner.
