About Luiza
I have tutored students inside and outside of school and have 50+ hours of tutoring experience. I am a great listener and love to help students do the very best they can. I have taken and received A's in geometry, algebra, and calculus classes, plus I tutor many other students in math as well. I assure you that I will know how to help my students. As a tutor, it is important for me to learn what helps a student learn. I will use a variety of tools to find what engages the student. I allow brain breaks for students to refocus, and I try to combine things students like in what we are learning. A typical tutoring lesson will include homework help, practice problems, and breaks when needed. I mainly tutor elementary, middle, and high schoolers.
