About Sophia
I give Gymnastics classes online via google meet.
This is the best sport there is. I teach gymnastics to families in Dubai, the U.S.A, England India, Sarjaha and South Africa. I love it. I have some classes where I teach senior citizens who would like to stay active while still in the comfort of their own homes. I also have clients who do not have time to go to the gym and get into shape, these classes are comfortable and private making you feel welcome and together we become fit.

$20 per hour for outside South Africa.
I believe that a schedule runs best, especially for online classes. I will start with beginner movements and progress as the student gets better. Gymnastics is a disciplined sport but there is always time for some fun too.
Alternatively, I teach people who do not have time to go to the gym or those who would like to start with something simple and easy in the comfort of their homes. $20 PER HOUR
