About Parris
I have just graduated as a sports therapist and I am a yoga instructor with a passion for healthy living. I have played professional basketball and worked in a lot of places including a gym as a fitness instructor and a student accommodation assistant for university students to feel supported and safe around campus. I have experience in guiding individuals through problems and crisis, I also enjoy creating plans and discussions about the future to set individuals up for the long term.

I love to start off my sessions with open communication, where I get to know my students and the problems they have including studies, family, social life and so much more. I ensure the individual is comfortable talking with me before we continue and I ensure they know what they wish to get out of these sessions. From there we create a plan together about ways to improve moral, positive thinking, physical health and so much more depending on the individual. Then eventually we keep catching up with one another about their progress and thoughts on the advice I’ve given. The end result is students change their mindsets and lifestyles for the better and tackling life head on with a smile.
