I'm a graduate of agricultural and environmental engineering who main goal is to solve problems, therefore I try to understand the fear, difficulties of my studentsand make them believe they can reach for the sky. Understanding the methods that suit my students is also a quality I have, because you can't teach someone you don't understand.
