About Rohit
I have 5 years of experience in training. A correct workout of 30 minutes gives more happiness than the incorrect one of 1 or 1.5 hours.
Most of the time I see people in gyms that they are doing timepass, not actually working out.
I am passionate about sharing my workout strategies and my own experiences.

Most of the people think that the gym is only about pulling machines and lifting heavy weights, but this is not the truth.
For a good training session the understanding of form and techniques of workouts is very important.
Training with light or moderate weights can give you more benefit than heavy weights with proper form, correct posture and technique.
