About David
Aspiring passion for the sciences in my students is what I strive for in my lessons, providing deeper understanding of content rather than just memorisation, to gain higher grades in exams.
Having studied maths, physics and biology at university under a Natural Sciences course at the University of Nottingham that I'm about to start my Master's year for, as well as studying chemistry at A-Level, I tailor lessons to suit your individual needs — whether that be KS2, KS3, GCSE or A-Level.

Tailoring lessons to individual needs is of utmost importance when providing private tutoring, because generalised lessons do not work for all students. People respond differently to different ways of learning, so I change my lessons according to the person.
The core idea running through all my lessons is that science and maths should not just be memorised — that just results in boring lessons and average exam results. Understanding of the content is the most important aspect of learning because it allows you to apply your knowledge to many situations and different types of questions.
