About Anaya
I am a college junior at Howard University, the number one Historically Black University in the nation. At Howard, I am studying Media Communications which will prepare me for a future career in the digital space. As a college student, writing papers has become second nature to me, I've been able to break it down to a science. I've spent my time at the University volunteering at our student writing center to help my peers ace their papers as well.
When I'm not somewhere staring at Times New Roman font, I love listening to music, playing basketball, and getting to know new people. I hope we can connect sometime soon!

A typical lesson with me looks like:
-A quick greeting with one another to make sure we're ready to learn.
-A look at the lessons that are being gone over in English class.
-A check for understanding, seeing where some support may be needed.
-Explaining the topic of struggle as well as supplementary work to ensure understanding.
-If there is no lapse in understanding, the student will be given supplementary work to ensure success on the next topic covered in class.
-Overall, I put my students and their success first, and I try to create a fun and safe environment to ensure everyone can grow and learn accordingly!
