About FRANCISCO
Learning can be fun when we have someone that truly loves what they do, and teaches it to someone else. From my own personal experiences, I believe that everyone is able to achieve whatever it is that they want, if they truly want it. I am here to help you get to your goal/goals, and make it as enjoyable as possible. I taught aerospace physiology to flight medics and helicopter pilots when I was in the military for several years. I have both a bachelor's and master's degree in business. I am a substitute teacher, and I have been on long assignments assisting English teachers with ESL students. I am TEFL certified.

Teaching students at the pace that they feel most comfortable with is very important. By ensuring that the student is truly learning, and having fun at the same time, allows the student to remember the lesson more effectively. The lesson plan will begin with a review of what we learned in the previous lesson. I will then introduce what we will be doing today. We will then practice our new lesson together. Next, we can role play by asking each other questions, and answering with our new word/words. At the end, we will review everything that we covered. There are different ways to introduce a lesson. Once I meet my student, I will learn what will work best for them to make it as enjoyable as possible. enjoyable . new student
