About Michael
Hello! My name is Michael and I am from Chicago Illinois. I am a college student at USC studying human biology on the premed track. After graduation, I plan to attend medical school and hopefully one day become an ophthalmologist.
I am passionate about teaching because I find immense joy in helping others accomplish their academic goals. Having spent two decades as a student myself, I strongly believe in my duty to support fellow learners who are encountering the same obstacles I once overcame. By generously sharing my wealth of resources, I aspire to empower others on their educational journey and guide them through their coursework.

I have been a tutor for around 2 years and I tutored students one on one during covid via zoom and other platforms. I also also served as a teaching assistant for honors chemistry during my senior year of high school. I have successfully tutored and helped students improve their grades in AP Chemistry, AP Biology, General Chemistry, and General Biology.
My coursework includes AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Calculus BC, college level Chemistry and Biology, as well as two semesters of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. I have achieved high grades in all of these classes and feel confident in my ability to teach them to other students. I keep all the resources from my past classes, and will provide my students with these resources when needed.
