About Natasha

I am an ICF-certified transformational Life coach. In my practice, I use my counseling skills, work with feelings and emotions, and use somatic coaching practices. I believe in the wisdom of our bodies through movement, yoga, meditation, and creativity. I find metaphoric cards a great tool for understanding the unconscious mind and intuition.

About the lesson

You already have everything you need inside you. Your power, your inner knowing, and your inner strength. All you need is to open up and remind yourself about who you are.
The feeling of being stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain is familiar to most of us.
What is the next step? Am I making the right decision? What am I doing all that in my life for?
I am beside you to support and be a trusting partner, the responsibility and action are in your hands.
