My one goal is to make sure my students get the grade and recognition they deserve for their work.
Lessons are individualized and take into consideration the learning style, pace, and aims of each particular student. It usually starts with a brief analysis of their strong sides and weaknesses and continue with the teaching process itself, including instruction, practice, and feedback.
I encourage my students to understand concepts and do not force them to memorize rules; thus, they learn how to study independently. Improving their grammar, increasing their vocabulary, enhancing reading comprehension, and perfecting essay writing are among other things I teach my students.
