About Fernanda
I began tutoring in 11th grade for standardized tests and high school subjects that I tended to excel in. I have now been tutoring for 5 years and have a lot of one-on-one experience, looking a student's work and seeing what a plan of action can work for them and can be carried out to improve their academics.

My lessons consist of looking at the type of work/assignments the student has, going over it as practice with the student, and having the student repeatedly practice with and without me to gauge their improvement and learning patterns. My typical lessons plan consists of the student having something to bring me that they are specifically struggling with, so I can teach that specific topic or subject without going deep into a topic that they may not even be learning.
