About Luis
I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and acquired a teaching certificate from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
For my last semester, I was a geometry student teacher at the high school I graduated from. I took over most of the responsibilities from cooperating teacher. This included: lesson planning, grading, etc. My cooperating teacher was only able to conduct tutoring sessions once a week so I took it upon myself to conduct more tutoring sessions after school Tuesday through Friday for any math student.

I believe every student is capable of understanding any concept so I do my best introducing a concept in a questionnaire way, then explicitly teach the material with visuals, animations, etc. Afterwards, letting the student practice on his/her own to build confidence.
