I first take time to examine the student's mindset and then always try to approach them in a way they will learn, understand, and even enjoy learning mathematics. If a student has never been good at maths then I make sure to take extra care of them by trying different methods that they might find easy. I always try to be friendly so they reach out to me if they have any sort of problem or misunderstanding regarding the subject. I would prefer to teach students in middle or high school.
