About Onwaba
I am a new to the tutoring profession, however I am not new to teaching children. As a high student, I have not had the opportunity to gain any other qualification, and I am currently working towards gaining my Matric certificate.

I am a teacher who does not only focus on covering the work, but I focus on understanding and applying the concepts in real-life context because in the end, we develop the knowledge and skills from school to help us in the real world, whether it is for the student's desired course to study after school, or for their future jobs. I am only able to teach in Englsih, however I can understand South African languages such as Zulu and Sestwana. In a typical lesson, the student can expect a check-in session to see how they feel about certain topics, where they would like to spend more time, and to see where their understandingis lacking. They can also expect practical examples and illustrations to help them understanding and practise questions at the end of a lessons. My lessons are aimed at children between the ages of 7-15 (Grade 1-9).
