About Aayman

have always fantasised teaching. It wouldn't be wrong to say that I started pursuing teaching since childhood. As I was the older brother, I used to make worksheets and notes for my younger siblings at the age of 13. Furthermore I gave tuitions for science subjects to children in my neighbourhood. Looking for opportunities here, I worked as high school teacher. The opportunity gave me great experience and knowledge about teenagers and teaching. I would choose teaching, as it not only shapes my confidence but also the future of a child. In 2021, I took an internship in a NGO, teaching science to underprivileged children and also hosted a women and climate conference for over 100 students to raise funds for covid, which added the communication and public speaking skills to my personality. As I have mentioned before of my past job experiences, the one thing which is common in all, is that the skill required to manage and communicate. I want my children to believe people get jobs and opportunities for their talent and hard work rather than the fact where they come from or who they choose to be.

About the lesson

Quoting my high school teacher " high score and degrees do not make a great teacher, bonding with the children and coming to the basic level to explain students is what makes a good teacher". Her words have always inspired me and shaped my ideology. I do believe I have the potential to explain difficult concepts in the most basic and relatable ways, so that students can stop the habit of rote learning. I have experience of teaching and spending time with children. I also understand the psychology of children through experience. I would choose teaching, as it not only shapes my confidence but also the future of a child. This programme again gives me an opportunity to shape my future towards teaching. -length (1 hour - changes depending on topic) -Biotechnology from top college in UK -lessons from year 6-11 and GCSEs

Perfect! Thank you Aayman for tutoring my son for Biology A level. Aayman had a structured approach to go through the Biology syllabus for A level exam with my son. Aayman additionally got my son to practice test papers under exam conditions which definitely helped my son realise his strengths and we,nesses. I highly recommend Aayman as a tutor.
