I take an individualised approach tailored for each student, but ensure that lessons are collaborative rather than simply being an hour of lectures. If a student wishes, I have found that it works well if I am sent a practice question before a lesson. I will then mark the question and discuss it with the student in the first half of the lesson to allow students to get in-depth feedback on their work. Lessons are normally one hour but can be extended to 90 minutes or 2 hours if desired.
I am most familiar with the edexcel specification but can also teach the AQA and thr OCR specifications due to their similarities
I have tutored Economics for 3 years and have a Degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics from the university of Oxford.
