About Mustafa
I am a Politics, Philosophy and Economics graduate from the University of York and have around 7 years experience working with young people as a teaching assistant, workshop facilitator, 'english as a secondary language' teacher and private tutor. I taught my own GCSE English Literature and Language Class online, helping to improve students from a Grade 4 level to Grade's 8 and 9. I also have experience creating 11+ papers for English and Maths, having done so for tutoring centres around the West Midlands.
I am also a classically trained actor and have worked professionally as an actor and playwright which has meant I have a unique and in-depth understanding of how to analyse play texts and stories. I have worked as a facilitator with organisations including University College London, the University of Birmingham and the University of Wolverhampton.
I work with each student in a way that is personally tailored to their development and allows them to progress at a pace that works for them.

I like to assess the child's ability first and then tailor the classes to suit them. Often the best way to do so is to go through a few papers and topics to assess their strengths and weaknesses and then subsequently go from there to make sure they understand the problem they are dealing with.
