About Summer
My name is Summer. When I was 15, I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia. I always loved English, but never thought it could be a possible strength of mine. In my undergraduate studies, I majored in English and graduated with honors from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut in 2022. For three years of my college career, I was a part of the Allen K. Smith Center for Writing and Rhetoric. At this center, I worked with college and graduate-level students to address concerns or questions about any writing-based assignment for any subject. I received in-depth training through Trinity College to learn how to use various tutoring techniques and approaches designed for supporting those with learning disabilities. At this center, I worked with college and graduate-level students in any writing-based assignment for any subject. If you are looking for a tutor who has firsthand experience with writing with language disabilities, I am a great fit for you or your child.
