About Sakeena
Hello! My name is Sakeena Khan. I am an 18 year old student who is currently studying Psychology, History and Sociology. I love to read, write and review essays, novels and articles. My passion for the English language runs deep; as a child I had many poems and short stories published in books and newspapers. Previous experience includes admin at schools and teaching English at GCSE and 11+ level at tuition centres, focusing on children from the ages 9 - 16. My job is to focus solely on helping you succeed and hopefully discover a love for the English language.

Lessons are approximately an hour long. Teaching techniques vary depending on student level. 11+ English and verbal reasoning classes focus mainly on comprehension and writing structures. 11+ maths and non-verbal reasoning classes focus on developing basic mathematical skills. GCSE English classes focus mainly on essay styles and structures, creative writing and dissecting texts found in the national curriculum. GCSE maths classes will focus on further developing mathematical skills. All lessons will focus on exam approach and building confidence in an exam setting.
