About Mia
My name is Mia and I started taking history in 10th grade. I really enjoyed learning it because it was something I was passionate about. My history teacher through high school really helped me understand and enjoy it, which is why I would like to also help and encourage learners that history is enjoyable and can be fun and interesting. I would like all my students to have the same experience I did with history.

My history lessons are unique because I don’t teach history like a textbook — I teach it like a story students can understand. I break down difficult topics into simple, clear explanations, use visuals and real-life examples, and focus on what actually helps students succeed in exams. Because I’ve just finished matric and am now in my first year of college, I understand the pressure students face and relate to them easily, creating a comfortable space where they can ask questions, build confidence, and truly enjoy learning history.
