I am a PhD student in math at Illinois institute of technology. I have a bachelors and a masters degree from Indiana university in theoretical (pure) mathematics.

I am the kind of instructor that never makes a student feel “less than” or insecure about where they are in the learning process. People forget things they don’t use and there’s no logical reason a teacher should shame a student for that.
I’m a native English speaker who is very patient and encouraging. I am also quite good at finding an individualized approach for any lesson that a student finds difficult.
