I believe in teaching knowledge to students and not just subjects.I try to test the student’s understanding while the lesson is still going on rather than moving on and relying on tests to measure understanding. I plan and prepare appropriately the assigned courses and lectures. I believe puntuality and discipline is a keynote and thus I try conducting classes at scheduled times.
