About Vinay
As a teacher, I always provide opportunities for students to take responsibility for learning and it is a critical part of a classroom that focuses on student achievement. I try to incorporate goal-setting, choices, and self-directed assessments to help students learn and grow. Since I have experience of two years and have seen improvements in students who barely open math textbook. Students always need a right guidance which is provided by me.
