As an international student passionate about coding since the age of 12, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my role as a tutor. My journey in coding has been marked by the creation of numerous projects, each contributing to my deep understanding of programming principles and techniques.
Currently pursuing an Honours course in Software Engineering at the prestigious University of Sydney, I have consistently excelled academically, achieving distinction status. This academic achievement underscores my commitment to excellence and provides students with the assurance of receiving top-notch instruction.
Moreover, my dedication to education extends beyond the classroom. I have previously volunteered in India, where I had the privilege of teaching underprivileged children. Witnessing their growth and success, with some even clinching national prizes in computer Olympiads, reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education.

In my tutoring approach, I implement a practical experience-based teaching methodology. I believe children learn more effectively when they actively engage in implementing concepts rather than solely relying on traditional book learning. Each lesson I conduct revolves around a central project. Students work on these projects while learning the relevant topics and theories associated with them.
Typically, my lessons run for 45 minutes each week. Throughout the week, students work on a project that spans the entire course, which lasts for 10 weeks. During this time, they progress from having no coding knowledge to attaining intermediate-level Python skills.
Why do I choose Python? Python stands out as the most popular language and is considered the future of coding due to its extensive usage in AI and machine learning development. Its simplicity makes it accessible for new learners, and it boasts a vast and supportive community.
As for my qualifications, I have over five years of coding experience, with a focus on Python. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Honours in Software Engineering at the University of Sydney, renowned as one of the world's top universities.
My classes cater to students from grade 6 to grade 11. This age group is ideal for nurturing foundational coding skills and fostering a love for programming.
