About Toinè
I am currently enrolled at UNISA to complete my Diploma in Human Resource Management. My passion is PEOPLE. I learn as much from my students as they learn from me.
I am passionate about helping people improve their skills and abilities, to enhance their chances of getting a job or just overall improvement in their daily communication and understanding.
I have tutored students from ages 4-21 and I really enjoyed it.
I have a 120-Hour TEFL qualification and I have done an Auditing course as well. I am currently doing an internship as an HR Consultant, which I am enjoying immensely. It has given me the confidence to be able to teach and communicate, and I would like to pay it forward by helping another student.

I take an interest in each student. I want to know what each individual student's needs are and what they expect from the lesson. Everyone is different and therefore you can not use the same teaching styles / strategies on your students.
I want my students to set a goal for themselves and together we can work towards achievement. I base my teaching methods on what works for my students. Some prefer just some verbal explanations, some prefer actual practical practise and others prefer learning through asking questions, doing activities and challenging themselves. There are many more strategies on learning and I adjust and adapt my methods according to my student's individual needs and expectations.
