About Emily

I have recently qualified as a mental health nurse and have a background in the care sector. From working within mental health, I’ve realised the key to people being able to open up and getting to the bottom of their problems, is feeling safe and connected. I have faced personal struggles in life and have overcome them using techniques that I can share with you.

About the lesson

Although I am a qualified mental health professional, I also have a wealth of personal experience to draw on to help coach you. Within my personal and professional life, I’m often told I can make people feel at ease quickly and safe to open up. I can help you improving your mental health, ways of thinking and relationships. I work on a non judgmental and confidential basis.
