Women On the Wolds is the Cotswolds only guided trail/fell running company & Running Community, designed for women. Our guided runs take place in the Cotswolds area of the UK and are aimed at women who want to break free from the road and take their running into the Hills & Mountains beyond. Whether you are new to running, want to meet new trail running friends or seeking a new challenge, we can offer you wilderness and adventure in equal measure. We offer guided running events throughout the year in addition to bespoke guided days, allowing you to create your own adventure. Our low ratios mean you receive focused coaching and experience the tranquility of our remote trails.... Women On The Wolds offer three areas of guiding:
i offer a variety of guided trail runs in the Cotswold & Cotswold way area and east sussex, tailored to the experience and aspirations of the runners. Whether you run for fitness, mindfulness, health reasons or to train for a big race, i want to show you what is possible... i am a local and experienced runner, providing coaching in navigation, equipment, training, nutrition and safety for running in a remote environment. i have the Fell/Trail Leadership in Running Fitness (FLiRF) qualification from the Fell Running Association (FRA), which is equivalent to the standard England Athletics/British Athletics versions and comes with the same license and insurance cover. i am also qualified in spin, zumba, exercise to music, weight training as well.
