About Paolo
With a decade of experience in ESL education, I help high school and college students achieve fluency, confidence, and academic excellence. My teaching philosophy emphasises personalised learning, where lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, learning style, and level.

I adopt a C³P teaching methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to teach ESL effectively. Creativity is fostered through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning, helping students develop imagination and confidence in using English.
Communication is central to my lessons. I design activities such as discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to improve fluency, comprehension, and practical communication skills. Compassion ensures lessons are student-centred and personalised, with continuous support, guidance, and encouragement.
Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based exercises, real-world applications, and analytical challenges, enabling learners to apply English skills logically and practically. I also include complementary subjects like reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary building for a holistic learning experience.
This methodology equips learners to be creative, confident, empathetic, and capable of applying English successfully in diverse contexts.
